International mission letter
Ali Fuat Yılmazer and Sabri Uzun had gone on a mission abroad the day the information that Hrant Dink would be killed was sent to the Department of Intelligence. Yılmazer said that he did not see the communication from Trabzon because he was abroad during this period of duty. The communication does not bear Yılmazer’s signature or initials.
